Nura ("we", "us") is an AI whiteboard and voice-presentation product. This page explains what we collect and why. Nura is in alpha - this policy will evolve alongside the product.
What we collect
- Account information: your email, name, and (if you sign in with Google) the profile picture and email Google shares with us.
- Content you create: projects, canvases, uploaded files, recordings, and transcripts, stored so the product can work - these belong to your account and are not shared with other users.
- Usage analytics: product events (e.g. sign-in, voice session started) via PostHog, used to understand how Nura is used and to improve it. We do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or the contents of your files/conversations to our analytics provider.
How we use it
To operate your account, keep your content available to you, process your requests through the AI providers Nura is configured to use, send account-related email (sign-in, password reset, email verification), and improve the product.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the infrastructure providers Nura runs on (hosting, database, transcription/AI providers, and email delivery) solely to operate the product.
Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture as shared by Google. We use this only to create and sign you into your Nura account.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time, and you can contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
