By creating an account or using Nura, you agree to these terms. Nura is in alpha: features, pricing, and availability may change, and we'll do our best to communicate significant changes.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to enter into this agreement to use Nura.

Your content

You retain ownership of the projects, files, recordings, and other content you create in Nura. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to provide the product to you.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Nura to violate the law or infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to access another account's data or disrupt the service.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

Service availability

Nura is provided "as is" during this alpha period. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

You may stop using Nura and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
